Once again as we look forward to the Christmas season we want to give you and your family some ideas to serve through supporting local ministries by volunteering and through giving gifts that help in practical ways.
These are opportunities with some of our ministry partners in Oakville, Toronto and internationally through CBM . . . as we approach this Christmas, may we share the love of God with someone else in need of encouragement, resources, or just a personal connection. This is a great way we can Serve this year!
King's is partnering with Oak Park Neighbourhood Center, Evangel Hall Mission and Canadian Baptist Ministries in Lebanon to offer you several opportunities to get connected to serving in our community and beyond.

Syrian refugees living in Lebanon are living in extreme poverty. This year we are looking to help families return to their homes in Syria by providing support to rehabilitate their homes making them livable again. $4,000 will provide the help needed to make these homes livable again. These resources are administered through the local church providing not only physical support, but spiritual support as well. Details about this program and a video outlining the program and its results can be seen HERE.
